Our Story
Family Owned. Community Driven.
Ventura County's trusted restoration and construction company since 2020.

Our Story
Built for the Community We Serve
Heartland Restoration was founded in 2020. Our founder transitioned out of sales and business administration after the start of the pandemic, drawn to hands-on work and the chance to build something that serves the local community in real moments of crisis. The restoration side came first; the construction department followed shortly after, built specifically to close the loop so customers don't have to juggle a restoration crew and a separate contractor when rebuilding after an emergency.
Our team is locally rooted in California with a long background in customer service and hospitality. We're family owned and community driven — and we treat every job with the same commitment to honesty, quality, integrity, and family that brought us into this work to begin with.
Certifications
Certified to the Highest Industry Standards
The IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification) is the global nonprofit that sets the technical standards for the restoration industry. Insurance adjusters look for IICRC-certified contractors because their documentation and procedures follow recognized standards like IICRC S500 for water damage. Heartland holds five IICRC certifications covering the core of what we do every day.

Trained to identify, contain, and remediate microbial contamination following water damage events.
FSRT
